Oelde (dpa / lnw) - Two cyclists collided so violently in Oelde (Warendorf district) that one of them had to be flown to an accident clinic by rescue helicopter.
The 32-year-old and a 75-year-old racing cyclist crashed into each other head-on for reasons that were not yet clear, as the police announced on Thursday morning.
While the older of the two got away with minor injuries, the younger one was flown to hospital on Wednesday afternoon after the accident.
