Last summer, the care staff's compensation for moved holidays caused a conflict between care staff and the regional management.

Malin Wengholm (M) then wanted the regional board to "commission the regional management office to work out a model for how staff who do not get four weeks of continuous holiday and / or have their holiday moved should be compensated for this."

The regional board's governing coalition voted that the matter should not be on the regional board's agenda.

Malin Wengholm appealed to the administrative court, which has now decided that the regional board's actions were incorrect.

Wengholm should be allowed to raise its proposals in the regional board, according to the administrative court.

In the clip below, you hear what Malin Wengholm said about the salaries of healthcare staff last summer.
