In accordance with the decisions taken by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, a round-the-clock curfew has been introduced in 81 regions of the country, the agency informs.

Earlier it became known that a full lockdown is being introduced in Turkey from April 29 to May 17 due to the situation with the coronavirus.

During the lockdown, all workplaces will be closed, except for those specified separately by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Intercity travel will be carried out with a compulsory permit.
