Earlier, the plenipotentiary of Russia in the contact group Boris Gryzlov said that Kiev had blocked specific proposals to comply with the ceasefire and prevent a violation of the peace in Donbass.
At the same time, Vladislav Deinogo, the plenipotentiary representative of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic at the Minsk talks, noted that the participants of the contact group managed to unblock the discussion of political issues.
