Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - According to information from the German Press Agency, a change at the top is pending in the CDU parliamentary group in Baden-Württemberg.
On Thursday, parliamentary group leader Wolfgang Reinhart invited the members of parliament for next Tuesday and suggested “that we then also elect a new parliamentary group chairman at this meeting”.
According to reports, the 64-year-old lawyer is aspiring to join the new green-black government as minister.
General Secretary Manuel Hagel (32) is acting as his successor.
