Dortmund (dpa / lnw) - A 15-year-old German who is said to have tried to instigate an acquaintance to murder Muslims or Jews has to answer before the Dortmund district court from this Thursday.

The process takes place entirely in camera.

The public prosecutor's office also accuses the defendant, who comes from the Recklinghausen district, of having procured explosives in order to commit a racially motivated attack.

However, there should not yet have been any concrete plans.

The youth was arrested at the end of February and two months later he was spared further custody.
