According to him, representatives of terrorist organizations are looking for new supporters "also among young people in Muslim educational institutions."

“Their emissaries often resort to intimidating recruits or attract them with promises of significant rewards,” he stressed.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian FSB identified a cell of the terrorist organization Hizb ut-Tahrir * in the Novosibirsk and Kemerovo regions. The members of the cell spread terrorist ideology among the inhabitants of the regions, and also recruited local Muslims into their ranks.
