This made it possible to unblock the discussion of political issues in the contact group, ”he said.

At the same time, Deinogo added that despite the fact that the dialogue in the contact group was physically held, it was not possible to discuss the main issue - the development of a "road map" for resolving the conflict in Donbass.

Earlier, Russia's plenipotentiary in the contact group, Boris Gryzlov, said that Kiev was blocking, in favor of the radical Ukrainian minority, concrete proposals for observing the ceasefire and preventing a violation of the peace in Donbass.
