It is reported that the signing ceremony was held in the presence of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Kazakh Prime Minister Askar Mamin.
A number of other documents were signed, in particular, a memorandum of understanding between RDIF, the Investment Development Fund of Kazakhstan and the UAE Mubadala sovereign fund on joint investment projects in Kazakhstan.
Earlier it was reported that Mishustin arrived in Kazan for a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
