Paris (AP) - Paris Saint-Germain begins the first leg in the semi-finals of the Champions League against Manchester City without its two German national soccer players.

Both offensive man Julian Draxler and defender Thilo Kehrer first have to sit on the bench in the Prinzenpark in Paris.

Otherwise, coach Mauricio Pochettino offers his concentrated offensive power with, among others, France's world champion Kylian Mbappé, Argentina's Angel di Maria and Brazil's Neymar.

City coach Pep Guardiola trusts Ilkay Gündogan in midfield.

The second leg will take place next week at Manchester's Etihad Stadium.

In the other semifinals, Chelsea and Real Madrid determine the final opponent.

PSG had eliminated the German record champions FC Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals.
