“On April 28, the court chose a preventive measure against Sergey Sergeevich Kabanov in the form of detention,” the court said.
The defendant, who is in the status of an accused, is charged with committing a crime under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
He was arrested until 28 June.
The court session was held behind closed doors, the details of the case were not disclosed.
In February, it was reported that the Lefortovo court arrested Russian citizen Demuri Voronin on suspicion of high treason.
