Zakharova opposed the political games on the issue of vaccination

Zakharova took part in a meeting of the UN Committee on Information via video communication.

"Without a doubt, this area should not become a field of political games and unfair information policy, especially disinformation," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.

Also, the speaker of the Russian Foreign Ministry called for everything to be done so that this area is not affected by "the so-called fighting without rules between countries producing vaccines."

According to her, there is no place for politicization and "dirty political games" in this issue.

Earlier, the representative of the World Health Organization in Russia, Melita Vujnovich, said that the introduction of "vaccination passports" would lead to an increase in inequality in the world.
