Schramberg (dpa / lsw) - The transmission manufacturer HGears is aiming for the stock exchange.
In the course of the second quarter, the company wants to go to the capital market in Frankfurt, announced HGears on Wednesday in Schramberg.
On the one hand, new papers should be issued when the company goes public.
With this, HGears wants to bring in 65 million euros.
On the other hand, the former shareholders want to sell shares.
HGears achieved sales of 126 million euros in 2020.
The company generates a good third of its sales with products for e-mobility.
The company has identified this area as a growth area.
