Lavrov said, "I think it will be (announced) soon. The government has specific instructions and the standards are clear, so I don't think it will be too long."

In recent days, the diplomatic conflict between the United States and Russia has intensified.

On April 15, the United States launched new sanctions against Russia and announced the expulsion of 10 Russian diplomats.

Subsequently, Russia made a reciprocal response and expelled 10 American diplomats.

In view of the current situation, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree against foreign unfriendly behavior on April 23.

The decree stipulates that if foreign countries act unfriendly to Russian countries, citizens or legal persons, Russia will restrict diplomatic missions, consular agencies, and representative offices of state agencies in these countries from signing labor contracts and employment agreements with Russian individuals when necessary.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zakharova pointed out on April 25 that Russia is drawing up a list of "unfriendly countries", which includes the United States.

She said that one of the reasons Russia made the list of unfriendly countries stemmed from a series of unfriendly actions by the United States, so the United States will be on this list.
