December 20, 2017 Free admission of the Budget Commission of Montecitorio to the budget law. The commission has in fact voted the mandate to the rapporteur Francesco Boccia (Pd) "to report favorably to the Chamber". Meanwhile, the general discussion in the Chamber has been postponed: the Manovrà will arrive not tonight but tomorrow at 9, with the votes not before 13.

The application of the Bolkenstein directive on itinerant trade has been postponed to 2020. This is what is foreseen by an amendment to the maneuver approved last night by the Commission which extends the existing concessions. "The term of concessions existing on the date of entry into force of this provision and expiring before 31 December is extended until that date", the law reads.   Beach concessions have also been extended by one year.

Green light in the night also to the amendment to the maneuver presented by the Democratic Party to cut by a quarter the obligation to collect signatures for parties not present in Parliament. On the basis of the reformulation of the measure, 'the presence' of OSCE international observers at the section electoral offices' allowed for 'elections or referendums'.
