Man drowned while fishing on foot in Brittany

Despite repeated calls from the authorities for caution, the episode of high tides was once again fatal in Brittany.

Tuesday noon, a 68-year-old man died while on a fishing trip on foot in Ploubazlanec near Paimpol (Côtes-d'Armor), reports

While he was in the rocks, the sixty-year-old would have fallen into the water at the level of Arcouest where the pier for the island of Bréhat is located.

Seeing him in bad shape, several people immediately called for help.

They tried to resuscitate her for nearly an hour but the fisherman unfortunately died by drowning.
