Over the past 70 years, more than 3,000 peacekeepers from more than 120 countries have sacrificed their lives in peacekeeping posts.

It is necessary to promote the transformation of the consensus of member states into specific actions at the mission level to truly improve the level of security of peacekeepers.

  China is the second largest UN peacekeeping contributor and the largest troop contributor among the permanent members of the Security Council.
