The victim reported in the Public Prosecution investigations that she was walking in the Ras Al-Khor area, and she was surprised by the fugitive accused and two people with him surrounding her and pulling her forcefully to a taxi driven by another accused, and they sat her in the middle between two suspects and the fugitive accused put his hand on her mouth so that she would not make a sound or seek help from anyone.

She added that the fugitive accused planned this crime with others because he wanted to force her to live with him, as they had a love story before she knew that he was married and asked to separate from him, noting that she dropped her handbag and phone when she was kidnapped.

An eyewitness stated that he was walking with his wife at the time of the incident and saw a taxi stop, while a man was moving towards her from behind, dragging a woman, and she was screaming, pointing out that the car moved quickly as soon as the victim entered it, indicating that the latter dropped a women's bag and a phone Moving around, he reported the incident to the police.

A Dubai police witness said that a report was received from an eyewitness about the occurrence of the crime of kidnapping a woman on a public road with the jurisdiction of the Rashidiya Police Station. Before discovering that he was married and had children, she fled his home, which prompted him to plan to kidnap her and divide the accused into two teams: the first in the car used for kidnapping, and the other in another vehicle, and they went to a den run by the fugitive accused in the area of ​​Al-Nahda.
