April 27, 2021 Americans will no longer have to wear face masks outdoors if they are fully vaccinated. This is foreseen by the new guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the US health authorities, announced by the director Rochelle Walensky.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has revised public health guidelines related to the coronavirus pandemic. Experts have stated that those who have been vaccinated will be able to play sports alone or with family members without wearing a mask. He will also be able to meet in the open with vaccinated and unvaccinated people without having to wear a mask, the same in restaurants with outdoor tables.

The CDC still recommend the use of masks, even for those who are vaccinated, during sporting events, concerts, parades and other crowded places, where the risks of transmission of Covid are not clear. Face masks are still mandatory indoors until most of the US population is vaccinated and therefore hairdressers, shopping malls, museums, cinemas and places of worship are still places where you can't walk around with your face uncovered.

The CDC's updated guide comes when more than 140 million Americans, or 42.5% of the population, have received at least one dose of the vaccine, while about 95.8 million are fully vaccinated.

Israel, the stop obligation to open a mask has been in force for days

In Israel, from April 18 it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask outdoors. One of the most important measures to combat Coronavirus infections is canceled in the country thanks to the boom in vaccinations.

The use of the mask in Israel is still mandatory in closed places, but according to some experts this rule could also be revoked within the next month, given the drastic drop in infections. Most of the schools have been completely reopened. In the classrooms, however, masks are still mandatory.
