US sent MLRS to Afghanistan to support withdrawal

This is stated in the message of the Central Command of the US Armed Forces. 

"Highly mobile artillery missile systems HIMARS are being transferred from Kuwait to Afghanistan to support the withdrawal of troops (US)," the message says.

Earlier it became known that the United States and NATO began withdrawing troops from a number of bases in Afghanistan.
