Kiel (dpa / lno) - In the process of commercially organized gang fraud by false police officers, the public prosecutor's office on Tuesday demanded a five-year prison sentence for the accused.
At the same time, around 151,000 euros should be collected from the 28-year-old man, said a spokeswoman for the Kiel regional court.
According to the indictment, seniors were robbed of gold, jewelry and cash worth more than 500,000 euros in the 2019 gang fraud.
The defendant had made an extensive confession in the course of an understanding between the court, public prosecutor and defense.
His defense lawyer made no specific request.
The verdict is due to be announced on May 7th (10:00 a.m.).
