It is noteworthy that the main system for monitoring the progress of Emirati women includes four enablers, as the first possible is based on the formation of the permanent higher committee headed by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak and the executive teams to prepare an annual study to evaluate the progress made and submit it to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers periodically.

The second possibility is based on designing unified indicators to measure the progress of Emirati women for the axis of family and social empowerment, the axis of decent work, the axis of health, the axis of education, the axis of the judiciary, the axis of politics and international representation, the axis of media, the axis of advanced science, the axis of economics and business growth, the axis of peace and security, the axis of sports, the axis of culture and the Emirati heritage.

The third possibility is the launch of the Emirati Women’s platform, which will be developed to unify the monitoring process, through which the implementation of strategic and operational plans will be managed and followed up and reports prepared.

The fourth possibility is Emirati Women's Day, whose slogan was launched for 2021 to be "Women are ambition and radiance for the fifty", during which the achievements and gains of Emirati women are celebrated.

The outputs of the system will be celebrated annually on the Emirati Women's Day, and the celebration activities include launching a package of specific initiatives in support of women, honoring the pioneering female figures, and the periodic meeting of the permanent Supreme Committee to measure the progress system for Emirati women.
