Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - Hessen legally equates people vaccinated against corona with people who have tested negative.

That said Prime Minister Volker Bouffier (CDU) on Tuesday in the state parliament.

Last week, the state adjusted its ordinances based on recommendations from the Robert Koch Institute.

According to the RKI, the risk of transmission by people who have been fully vaccinated and become infected with the coronavirus is lower than if a negative rapid antigen test is present in asymptomatic infected people.

The regulation is now to apply to all areas in which tests were previously required.

The rule therefore takes effect 14 days after the complete vaccination.

"You don't need a test then."

This applies, for example, to visiting the hairdresser, shopping and quarantine rules.
