Regensburg (dpa / lby) - Specialists from the State Criminal Police Office blew up a bottle of chemicals in a controlled manner in a laboratory at the University of Regensburg on Tuesday in Regensburg.
The glass bottle with diisopropyl ether had been covered and developed into a danger, said the local police.
Accordingly, there was a fear that it could explode.
The premises of the university had been cleared as a precaution, the area around the blasting site cordoned off.
According to the police, no one was injured.
