Hamburg (dpa) - The top management at the consumer goods group Beiersdorf is being filled.

CEO Stefan De Loecker is leaving the group, as the company announced on Tuesday evening in Hamburg.

The Supervisory Board and De Loecker have mutually agreed to terminate their Management Board mandate on June 30, 2021.

Vincent Warnery has been appointed as the new CEO with effect from May 1, 2021.

Warnery is reportedly currently responsible for the Pharmacy & Selective business and the North American business.
