Potsdam (dpa / bb) - The AfD parliamentary group has announced another constitutional lawsuit - in this case against the Corona investigation committee of the state parliament.

"We do not consider the leadership of the committee to be neutral," said the state parliament member Lars Hünich on Tuesday in Potsdam.

This would restrict minority rights of the group.

Hünich said it was about, for example, requests for evidence for the nomination of experts and witnesses.

"Applications are rejected with flimsy justifications."

The AfD parliamentary group had pushed through the committee.

She wants to question whether the interventions as a result of the crisis policy of the red-black-green state government were proportionate and whether they helped to limit the spread of the corona virus.

The chairman of the body is the SPD MP Daniel Keller.

The AfD parliamentary group had also announced a lawsuit against the obligation to test at schools in Brandenburg before the state constitutional court.

In March, the Constitutional Court rejected an urgent motion by the AfD parliamentary group against the access restrictions and hygiene rules for the Brandenburg retail trade.

In addition, the parliamentary group had sued against the public designation of a right-wing extremist suspected case by the Brandenburg Constitutional Protection.
