As soon as the United States completes federal safety testing, the Associated Press will begin sharing 60 million doses of AstraZeneca vaccine with other countries.

The Associated Press reported, citing the White House, that exports of 60 million doses of vaccines are expected within a few months.

White House Corona 19 Coordinator Jeff Giants told The Associated Press, "Given the amount of food and drug administration-approved vaccines already in the United States and the fact that the AZ vaccine has not been approved for use in the United States, we will not need to use the AZ vaccine in the next few months." Said.

He added, "Therefore, the US is looking into ways to share the AZ vaccine with other countries."

The US decided to apply last month by lending 4 million doses of AZ vaccine to Mexico and Canada.

The United States has also secured 600 million doses of Pfizer, Moder, or vaccines, so countries that lack vaccines have demanded the US to share the vaccine.
