Offenbach (dpa / lhe) - In the first half of the week in Hesse, the sun mostly shines.

On Tuesday there can be maximum temperatures of up to 18 degrees, on Wednesday even 20 degrees are possible, said a meteorologist from the German Weather Service (DWD) on Monday.

In the nights on Tuesday and Wednesday, however, frost is possible.

Over the course of Wednesday, cumulus clouds are gathering.

The proportion of sun then decreases significantly compared to Tuesday and Monday.

According to the DWD, it can rain at night.

The weather will be erratic on Thursday, the expert said.

There should be rain showers and thunderstorms.
