The second is to change the number of years for ordering imposters to stop taking relevant national education examinations from "one year to three years" to "two years to five years."
The third is to add regulations that organize or instigate the misappropriation or fraudulent use of others’ identities to replace others’ enrollment qualifications, and those who are public officials shall be punished in accordance with law; if a violation of public security management is constituted, the public security organ shall impose public security management penalties in accordance with law; constitute a crime If it is, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
