According to the data, 2506 new infections were reported in NRW within one day.
The number of deaths related to the coronavirus rose by 6 to 15,224.
In all districts and urban districts with the exception of Coesfeld (92.9) and Höxter (76.3), the weekly incidence was above the critical level of 100.If a municipality is above this value for three days in a row, the so-called federal emergency brake applies - for example with exit restrictions.
The incidence was highest in Herne at 292.1.
