Cloppenburg / Vechta (dpa / lni) - A 43-year-old driver was critically injured in an accident in the Cloppenburg district.
The man was traveling with his 13-year-old daughter when another car with two occupants collided with the 43-year-old's vehicle, the police announced on Monday night.
The man's car was thrown by the force of the impact against a tree and then into an adjacent field.
It came to a stop lying on the roof.
Another two people were slightly injured and one person was seriously injured in the collision.
