"In the morning of April 25, a fire broke out in a private house located on Zotov Goda Street in Nyazepetrovsk, during the extinguishing of which the bodies of two men and a woman were found by the Ministry of Emergency Situations," the ministry said.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Causing death by negligence to two or more persons).

According to preliminary data, the fire occurred due to careless handling of fire.

Earlier, the regional headquarters of the Russian Emergencies Ministry reported that as a result of a fire in a private house in Rostov-on-Don, two people died.
