Meerane (dpa / sn) - A 74-year-old cyclist crashed into an opening car door in Meerane (district of Zwickau) and was seriously injured.
The 55-year-old driver of the car parked on Saturday evening in Poststrasse in the direction of Innere Crimmitschauer Strasse on the right edge of the lane, as the police announced on Sunday.
When leaving her car, she is said to have overlooked the approaching man on his e-bike.
He fell after hitting the car door and was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
