Grenzach-Wyhlen (dpa / lsw) - After a boozy get-together in a bar in Grenzach-Wyhlen (Lörrach district), three drunk guests and an equally drunk employee hid from the police and were discovered.
Two of the guests had taken refuge in the refrigerator, the police reported on Sunday.
The men had met in the bar on Saturday afternoon despite the Corona ban and locked in there.
When the police approached, they pretended to be deaf and did not answer.
Only the locksmith managed to open the door.
Those involved now expect a hefty fine.
For the operator of the restaurant, it should move in the low four-digit range, as it was said.
