Eight people, including soldiers and military personnel from the Air Force 3rd Training Flight Group in Sacheon, Gyeongsangnam-do, were confirmed as a group by Corona 19.
According to the Air Force, yesterday (24th), three officers, deputies, and soldiers belonging to the 3rd Training Flight Group were tested positive for Corona 19, followed by two additional officers, two military personnel, and one soldier.
Since yesterday, the Air Force has been conducting PCR tests on more than 1,600 people, including operations and maintenance personnel, including contacts of the unit, so additional confirmed cases may come out.
An official from the Air Force said, "The exact route of infection is being investigated," and "We are working to minimize the impact on flight training and operations, such as quarantine measures for subsidiary facilities."
