Cologne (dpa) - Former "Lindenstrasse" colleagues of Willi Herren have said goodbye to the dead actor in an obituary notice.
On Saturday there was a text in several Cologne newspapers that started with "We will never forget you!"
was overwritten.
Below: Willi Herren's name and the phrase "Take care ...".
The obituary notice was signed by «Lindenstrasse» inventor Hans W. Geißendörfer (80) and with «your friends from" Lindenstrasse "».
Herren had played for many years in the ARD series, which ran from 1985 to 2020.
Last Tuesday, the actor, who was most recently known from various reality formats and as a Ballermann singer, was found dead in his apartment in Cologne.
Herren was only 45 years old.
An autopsy did not reveal any evidence of external violence.
