Hamburg (dpa / lno) - Two seniors were slightly injured in a fire in a dormitory in Hamburg-Bramfeld.
About 16 people had to be brought out of the building, said a fire department spokesman.
The fire started on Saturday lunchtime for an as yet unexplained cause in the kitchen.
The approximately 40 emergency services extinguished the fire quickly.
Two people suffered minor injuries from smoke gases.
After the extinguishing work, the residents were able to go back to their apartments.
The investigation into the cause of the fire was taken over by the police.
