Potsdam (dpa / bb) - The Brandenburg police found 24 violations of the nocturnal exit restrictions within 24 hours, according to the situation service.
They apply between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
A spokesman did not initially give details of violations in the total of 29 controls.
According to the spokesman for the Brandenburg Police Headquarters, Torsten Herbst, personal details are recorded in the event of violations and the administrative offenses are forwarded to the responsible regulatory authorities.
These would then decide on the level of the penalties.
The federal emergency brake has brought some changes for Brandenburg since this Saturday.
If there are more than 100 new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants in one week on three days in a row, you are generally no longer allowed to go out between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
You are allowed to move outside on your own until midnight - for example jogging or going for a walk.
This exception has not existed in Brandenburg so far.
Most of the corona rules of the federal emergency brake - such as contact restrictions for a household and an additional person - already apply in Brandenburg.
