Magdeburg / Halle (dpa / sa) - In counties and cities with a seven-day incidence of over 100 in the past three days, the federal emergency brake should now apply automatically.
In Saxony-Anhalt this affects all districts.
What exactly does that mean for people?
EXIT RESTRICTIONS: After 10 p.m. no one is allowed to leave the apartment or their own property without good reason.
The weighty reasons include walking the dog or going to work.
Walking and jogging alone are allowed until midnight.
All districts and independent cities are affected.
CONTACT RESTRICTIONS: Private get-togethers are only permitted between members of a household and one other person.
Children up to 14 years do not count.
Here, too, the incidence of 100 is considered a critical value.

SCHOOL AND KITA CLOSURES: If the incidence is between 100 and 165, schools, including vocational schools, must organize alternating courses.
If the value is 165 or higher, face-to-face teaching must be suspended.
Exceptions for graduation and remedial classes remain possible.
The daycare centers were also closed.
Emergency care will be ensured.
Measured against the figures from the Robert Koch Institute, this regulation would currently be used in Halle, the Saalekreis, the Burgenlandkreis and the Harz region.
SHOPS: For shopping beyond the grocery, drugstore, book and flower trade as well as other areas, the following should apply: Customers can only let in shops if they present a negative Corona test and have booked an appointment.
If the value rises above 150, only the collection of ordered goods (Click & Collect) would be allowed.
