The electronic certificate will be tied to the "World" card, to which the state will credit a certain amount.
It can be spent on purchasing rehabilitation means in stores from the list that will be presented on the website of the state information system, ”the government said.
At the same time, citizens, if they wish, can refuse electronic certificates and receive rehabilitation funds from the Social Insurance Fund or buy on their own, and then receive compensation.
In the future, it is planned to expand the practice of electronic certificates for the provision of beneficiaries with medicines, medical products and medical nutrition.
In March, Mishustin signed a decree according to which non-working citizens caring for the disabled and the elderly will no longer have to confirm the lack of employment and change of the ward's place of residence.
The territorial bodies of the Pension Fund will receive information about this with the help of federal information systems.
