Right now, Kim Demåne has the exhibition Human City in Södra konsthallen in Ronneby.
This is where Kulturskolan invited him to hold a workshop with the students.
- It feels fantastic fun to exhibit here, but also to hold a workshop.
Ronneby will always be a part of me and it feels fun to inspire the next generation of artists here in Ronneby, says Kim Demåne.
Wants to emphasize the imagination
He begins the workshop by showing the children around his exhibition, which he named Human City.
An exhibition about how people relate to the city.
- I want to emphasize the imagination because that is what I have worked a lot with in recent years.
But this time I have mixed it with my own daily impressions, says Kim Demåne.
Very cool
Ronja Mischke is one of the students participating in the workshop and she is impressed by Kim Demåne's art.
- I think he paints very cool.
The workshop has been fun as you got to see very nice pictures but also got to paint yourself.
