Erfurt (dpa / th) - In Thuringia, according to the State Ministry of Health, three quarters of the employees of hospitals and rehabilitation clinics have now received at least one vaccination against the corona virus.
By Thursday, according to figures from the ministry, around 25,000 of the around 31,000 employees in acute and rehabilitation clinics had been vaccinated at least once.
More than half - around 18,000 - received the second injection.
The hospitals had taken care of the vaccinations for their staff on their own, and the country allocated them vaccines.
A total of 463,760 people in Thuringia have so far been vaccinated against Covid-19 at least once, which corresponds to 21.7 percent of the population.
Almost 189,000 people received the second dose (8.9 percent).
