Stuttgart (AP) - For Angelique Kerber and Andrea Petkovic, the tennis tournament in Stuttgart is also over in doubles.
In a rare joint appearance, the two tennis players lost in the quarter-finals on Friday against their compatriot Vivian Heisen and the Chinese Yafan Wang 2: 6, 4: 6.
The two 2019 winners Anna-Lena Friedsam and Mona Barthel were also eliminated in the quarter-finals.
In singles, Kerber ended up in the round of 16 and Petkovic ended up in the first round.
