The Foreign Ministry announced Russia's readiness to discuss space security with the United States

“We confirm that we, as before, are open to discussing the entire spectrum of space security issues with all interested states, including the United States,” RIA Novosti quoted the ministry as saying.

Earlier, the Russian government approved the extension until the end of 2030 of the agreement with the United States on cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes.

At the end of March, Russia and the United States held consultations on space security issues.
