According to a press release from Region Kalmar, SKR and Sobona (the municipal companies 'employers' organization) have decided to activate the crisis situation agreement in Region Kalmar County.
The reason for the activation is an extensive and decisive impact on the supply of staff.
- Region Kalmar County has tried all possibilities to secure staffing based on the usual collective agreement.
SKR and Sobona have therefore decided to activate the crisis agreement in Region Kalmar County, says Joakim Larsson, chairman of the negotiating delegation in Sweden's Municipalities and Regions (SKR) and in Sobona's association board in the press release.
The crisis situation agreement is only applied to employees whose employer decides to work in the crisis situation. The Kalmar County Region has requested a crisis agreement for work within the anesthesia and intensive care clinic at the County Hospital in Kalmar.
