The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has begun the procedures for assigning employment files to UAE citizens of job seekers to local human resources departments, in implementation of the work outputs of the “Emiratisation Committee” that developed mechanisms for cooperation between the Ministry and the concerned authorities in local governments in each emirate of the state, marking the start of the phase New to achieve the objectives of Emiratisation, according to a strategy based on the basis of complementarity of roles, in line with the relevant decisions and policies issued by the Council of Ministers and the Ministerial Council for Development.

The Ministry launched its gradual plan aimed at enhancing the integration of the federal and local roles to achieve the objectives of Emiratisation, by concluding a cooperation agreement with the Department of Human Resources in the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, aiming at the integration of the roles of both sides in the areas of employing citizens, empowering them and training them, and motivating companies operating in the emirate to interact with Emiratisation policies and programs, The department manages the files of citizens looking for work in the emirate, according to the agreement.

According to the plan, the ministry will sign cooperation agreements with the concerned local departments in each emirate, following which it will manage the files of citizens looking for work in the emirate belonging to it, starting with registration in the job search system, passing through the inventory of vacancies offered in the private, governmental and semi-governmental sectors. And present it to job seekers, follow up on their employment, and finally follow up on the commitment of the targeted establishments to the decisions and legislation in force related to Emiratization, and to regulate the labor market, by making use of the results of studies prepared by the Ministry for the purpose of analyzing the needs of the labor market, and the policies and strategic directions that it draws to involve citizens in it, including standards And the requirements in force in accordance with the laws, procedures and regulations in the private sector, in addition to implementing the initiatives and programs prepared by the Ministry to empower, train and educate citizens, in accordance with the needs of the labor market in the emirate.

The ministry considered that the start of the implementation of the agreement by assigning the files of employment of job seekers from among the citizens of the country to the local human resources departments, which establishes a new phase of cooperation and partnership between the ministry and local governments, by uniting and integrating efforts, according to roles and responsibilities, to implement the directives and vision of the leadership regarding the Emiratization file , Affirming its commitment to provide all forms of support for the complementary partnership with the departments of human resources in the various emirates of the state, in order to enable it to fulfill the roles in the areas that will be agreed upon.

Under the agreement, the two sides (the ministry and the concerned local departments) shall cooperate in determining the indicators of Emiratisation, and areas for exchanging information, data and data, in line with the information management policies and systems applied in each emirate, and through the Emiratisation systems approved by both sides, so that they include all sectors in the emirate.

Incentives for "Emiratisation"

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation confirmed that it is working to provide incentive and encouragement packages for companies and citizens working in the private sector in various emirates of the country, through several programs and activities, including the Emiratisation Partners Club, the Emirates Emiratization Award, and the “Absher” program, in parallel with the incentives system provided by governments. Local establishments operating at them that are distinguished in Emiratisation, and provide incentives to citizens working in private sector institutions.
