One of those with whom SVT has spoken wants to remain anonymous.

We call her "Linda".

She works full time in elderly care and usually wears a mouth guard for many hours during her working day.

- I think it is important to have mouth protection for our and the patient's best, but it is very difficult.

I get eczema and acne-like rashes on my face, nose ulcers and nosebleeds, says "Linda".

Want extra breaks

How do you think this problem should be solved?

- That we, for example, get extra breaks such as 10-15 minutes every two hours.

Then you can go out and breathe fresh air without a mouth guard.

It can help so that the skin can rest a little and feel good, says "Linda".
