Hanover (dpa / lni) - The nightly exit restrictions set out with the new nationwide corona restrictions will apply from Saturday in 17 of 45 Lower Saxony districts and large cities.

This results in an evaluation of the seven-day incidence based on data from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), which will be used in the future instead of the country data.

Due to delays in reporting to the RKI, the data differ from one another.

Neither the state government nor the Ministry of Health in Hanover initially had a list on Friday where the exit restrictions apply to the federal emergency brake.

For counties that exceeded a seven-day incidence of 100 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, exit restrictions apply from Saturday between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

You can still move in the fresh air alone until midnight.

The seven-day incidence indicates how many new coronavirus infections per 100,000 population there were within a week.

After evaluating the RKI data, the districts of Cloppenburg, Delmenhorst, Emsland, Grafschaft Bentheim, Helmstedt, Nienburg, Oldenburg, Osnabrück, Peine, Schaumburg, Stade, Vechta and Wolfenbüttel, the Hanover region and the cities of Osnabrück, Salzgitter and Wolfsburg are affected .
