At the historic Hasselbacken on Djurgården, they want to rebuild and expand and the city has made a proposal for a new detailed plan. But the consultative body's Beauty Council are not impressed with the proposal, hear more in the video above.
According to the plan proposal, they want to make an extension to the building from the 1880s with a floor on both sides of the central part of the building.
It must also be possible to build two other buildings together.
