The suspect’s brother was identified and permission was obtained from the Public Prosecution to raid the house in order to arrest the accused. During his arrest, a woman with him was found. The Public Prosecution charged them with two charges of adultery and improving the sin, and committing an order that would tempt them to commit them by being with each other without having any legal relationship, and referred them to the court, while the court of the first degree in presence, unanimously, decided to imprison the defendants for six months and deport the first accused from the state after the execution of the punishment. The Appeals Court ruled to reduce the sentence on the defendants from imprisonment from six months to four months and uphold the ruling to deport the first accused after the execution of his sentence.
